I heard somewhere that the "Ball of nonsense" is making an appearance in Brightest Day ;) You guys are probably the funniest comic podcast I listen to. Keep up the good work.
What better suprise for a Monday morning could there be than a fresh episode of SFF??? Can't wait to see how you deal with all the heroic Bouncing Boy goodness in the next issue. ;)
Sun Boy was a big time favorite of Hamilton, which is why he is does a lot of stuff in his stories. I'm assuming other writers went with that.

From the pirate planet onward, I was having trouble breathing from all the laughter. I think "Ball of nonsense" clinched it...and then the Jewelled Jail turned up. And then the mandatory robot murder. And then the nonsense-ball's horrific, smouldering death. And then the AMAZING PLOT TWIST.

Oh you guys, so close to the last one! You make me so happy <3 And I was hoping the stories would remain coherent and plausible from now on, but clearly I was wrong! Oh Legion, how you both never and always let me down. This issue...was...insane...!!!
I'm wondering if the super tough new metal that the scientist Jon Arkol was working was actually Inerton, a metal that gets referenced a lot in much later episodes...

Great observations, Adriana and Kristin. I fondly remember reading these stories, but I think without someone to bounce them off I didn't pick up on the inconsistencies! You could come off as hating the Legion, but it's obvious that you LOVE them! Great podcast!
